Blue Table Painting is a miniatures painting company based in Spanish Fork, UT. We currently have ten people on staff. Visit www.bluetablepainting.com to see what we do and tour the studio.
Right now, we are in need of a full-time Master Assembler. You need to be familiar with major miniatures battles lines and their background (especially Games Workshop, Privateer Press and Rackham). You need to be able to do all kinds of assembly, conversion work, terrain and basic putty work. You will be assembling the equivalent of two to four armies a week.
The Master Assembler needs to live (or move to) the area. Visit www.spanishfork.org/about for details about the city. Provo, the second-largest city is a nine minute drive from the studio. Here’s a virtual tour of Provo. http://www.point1.us/T_UT_Provo/ProvoCityIndex.html
An assembler working full-time at a reasonable pace will earn $1300 to $1800 per month. If you can put together a kit of twelve plastic infantry in an hour, or assemble a basic tank or monster in a half hour, you are working at a reasonable pace.
There are three part-time assistant assemblers on staff. As things grow, you will increasingly do more specialized work, leaving mass assembly of basic pieces to the assistants.
Visit www.bluetablepainting.com to see our work. If you can assemble/convert what you see in the gallery, you’re needed!
Please email Shawn Gately at email@example.com for details. Have “Master Assembler as your subject line.
Also, I’m toying with the idea of having a “studio quality painter on staff, someone to do higher end, display quality artwork. If you are a true artist and would like to work with a well-known studio, please get in touch. Please have “Master Painter as your subject line and include a link to some of your work.
Man, What a job that would be :w00t: . Pity I live in Australia, and that I'm only 15 (
But still, a monster/tank in half an hour? With basic putty work, thats really fast. And the 12 Man squad in 1 hour, depends on the minis, but still fairly fast. Still, good luck finding the right guy (Girl?) for the job.
Edit:Oops, my bad, I'm sure you treat everyone equally for the job and ones sexual orientation matters not :rofl:Good luck finding the right gay (Girl?) for the job.
