    Army Sheets

I've searched both google and this fourm and come up with nothing.

I'm quite new to the whole wargames scene and have just started playing 40k. I'm trying to find an easy to use army list with stat blocks and what-not (preferably an autocalculating spreadsheet, but I'm not that worried). However it has proved itself a rather taxing task. I myself am appaling at Excel so all of my attempts have been fruitless.

Does anyone know of any resources where i can obtain a sheet such as this?

    Thank-you

    Bumble

I have been tempted, but as I am currently a poor student i have to make decision between being able to calculate my army, and being able to buy the army itself.

Though now doubt in the future i will buy it, are there any temporary measures i can use?

Pencil+Paper+Brain. Works for me every time.

not to mention that the army builder does tend to make quite a few mistakes as well, and almost NEVER gives out a balanced army list. (though this is only from reports from others as i refuse to buy it).

if you are a poor student then just make up your own spreadsheet on excel with premade units then copy and paste.

this means you can put your favorite combo's down permamently and just copy and paste.

Decado has the right idea ther. If you make your own spread sheet you can also set it out as you like it so you know you will always understand it and you can also make it user friendly for others

Attached is a very basic excel spreadsheet, gives a simply layout for unit stats, but you have to enter the units points cost manually.

Or you can use Tables in Microsoft word.

But eventually you shouldn't need to see your stat lines!
