I'm hoping to buy the tau battle force and codex in a couple of weeks, at the moment i'm probably going to go to www.maelstromgames.com due to their 10% discount and free postage. Your prices have got my attention, but your site failed to give me the information i needed to settle my sceptical mind such as postage costs, postal insurance, an address, a returns policy etc etc...
Just some helpful feedback, i have bookmarked your site though.
postal rates and insurance can be arranged at check out
returns are not a problem either
we have the new tau battle forces on order with GW and should arrive very soon.
thanks for your feed back on the site we will address the issiues today many thanks.

You should get some information on your prices for shipping and the like. And I think you should hire a profesional web-site designer for you becuase that site looks like something from Free webs.
lol the site is designed to be NOT THE NORM we viewed many sites all the same old stuff and layout we at DWHS stride to be different.
Yeah but it is really irritating to read. Any web designer worth his title will tell you that black background + red text + flames is the worst way to go.
well to conclude this one the site and the buisness is constantly under review
it was designed by GAMERS for GAMERS.
we want to ensure we offer the best we can, your feedback noted and added!
Good. A site that is comfortable and nice is very important when trying to sell something. I was discouraged to look around the site becuase of the design so that need an rewiev.
Has a point - nice prices - ****e website - I wouldn't buy anything off you simply because I wouldn't trust anyone with a website that badly made with my credit card number. You have to create a feeling of trust of people won't buy.Originally Posted by Da Mighty Camel
Oh and a few other things: The website won't work well with search engines as you have prices in images not text, things are difficult to find as it has poor nav, the colours make it v hard for a good proportion of the population to read, Image maps are a crime against humanity
Other than that - good luck
on a plus side guys, i did talk to the guys at dwhs on msn, and got a quote for a few bits and even with postage added, they worked out a lot cheaper then some of the main independent stockists.
I'll be giving them a try shortly, maybe try them out with a small order first.
Once this initial trust in buying and speedy delivery thing has been hurdled, the website wouldn't bother me.
