Does anybody have a good method of cleaning plastic/greenstuff residue of of files? I know I can wipe most of it away but it always seems like there is always dust in the groves that doesn't want to come out. The only way I know is taking an xacto blade to it and cleaning out each grove. It's a headace, dulls a good blade, and is time consuming. Anybody else have any suggestions?
A wire brush, similar to the type used to clean BBQ grills and such would work. I think you can get small ones from most hardware type stores.
Another squad will almost always benefit you more than a few upgrades to all squads. Remember: Troops before Toys.
Thanks alot man. I never even thought about that.
Those brillo pads in grocery stores, and/or steel wool also work well for general cleaning.. try to go with the grain of the ridges though... even with th wire brush that was mentioned earlier.. it cuts down on the wear on the files.
