Does anyone know whats normal practise in tournament on :
1. Do you get to know the race on your oponent before you choose your own armylist ?
2. Do you get to see the table you are to play on before you choose your own armlist ?
3. Before starting can you read your oponents armylist ?

OK to elaborate, generaly your army list will need to be submitted atleast a week before the tourney so it can be validated, it will not be allowed to change from battle to battle (clearly since you ahev submitted it a week prior to arriving). Generally even at this time the Who Vs Who will not be sorted, and usually second round onwards your opponent is decided by the results of the previous round.
Tables will generally not be sorted compleetely until the day before and whio is on what table will be decided a day before for the first round and subsequent rounds will again depend on the result of the previous rounds
Yes, but only very shortly before, generally prior to each game there is a 5-15 mins (depends which tourney) where you are given a copy of your opponents army list (usually you are asked in the tourney rules to fetch a spare copy expressly for this purpose) and will be introduced to his army
Everything you have been told is a lie!
