As it states that the melta replaces the twin-linked bolters, then yes.
My friend has a Word Bearers list and is a big fan of the 'daemon bomb' tactic.
As such he tends to use bikers a lot as a delivery vector.
What he did(since he decided to make the special weapons flamers rather than meltaguns), was to replace the twin linked bolters with a couple of the old hand flamer plastics in the same slots.
So I guess its technically twin linked hand flamers, but he just calls it a regular flamer and it looks pretty cool.
The reason I mention this is that he has also modeled up a CSM bike with a melta gun and it doesn't look as good due to the size of the meltagun and because it is offset to the side with a blank spot on the other.
Perhaps for the meltagun option you could either rig up the melta gun so that it is line with the headlight(ie in the middle) or perhaps cut down the meltagun(s) so that there is a small one in each slot.
Of course then you run into a WYSIWYG problem in that it looks like you've got a twin linked meta gun on the bike.
But I guess people won't complain too much since it is actually worse than what it appears.
