I've been wanting to start a gaming club for quite a while now, but there are still some issues, like how long we should meet, will there be a monthly rate for membership (for gas money to drive to the nearest GW, terrain supplies, food etc.) and some other factors. Please post any suggestions.
well you should definately spoit up the gas money(holy crap expensive).....well you should split everthing...food scenery dice. idont think you should make them pay an annual monthy fee.....you lose poeple that way.

Gather people you know that play WH. Get in contact with a organisation that supports aspiring clubs, get yourself a local and some tables that you can play on (with the regular terrain and all), advertise yourself in hobby stores and the like and have fun.
That's how my pals did it and it works.
I know a guy that did it about a year ago, unfortunatley he is on another board.
Go to the GCN site that should give you plenty of tips.
If you want to chat to someone, contact teh Rainhill club Manager (Paul) I am sure he will give you all the advice you could need
