New wargames store in Birmingham (uk)

I am thinking of opening a wargames store in birmingham (uk).

but need feedback on the kind of games people will want to buy and play/collect.

so f people could help me out their that would be great.

What ranges would you like to see? games workshop, flames of war, warmachine etc.
What king of games ? just wargames, ccg's,roleplay etc
what facilities? painting area, second hand models and games, pro painted items, etc

i need enough info to help me with my buisness plan.

also just because im opening a store in the uk doesnt mean people from other countries shouldnt join in i value the opinion of all gamers.

    thanks

My question to you is what kind of hobby store do you want to run? As in only table top games, board games,CCG, RP gaming?

I think your first step is to figuer out what you want to sell. Now that being said. How big of an area do you want to sell to? Just your town, around the towns out lieing areas? These are things to think about. I have to think more on this.
Why use science and education when ignorance and superstition will work just as well.
