    Other Warhammer (40k) Forums?

    Hehe not to put out any advertisements for the enemy (do forums compete with one another?!) but what other popular GW forums do you visit? I love to read forums, and I've just about exhausted every thread pertaining to 40k on this site. Any other great sites you frequent?

    Personally other than LO here, I also rather like 40k online;

    40K Online

    It's mostly (and obviously) 40k stuff thrown in, but there's some fantasy as well. Each arce has it's own forum, with some being very busy and involved, such as the IG one, and other that aren't... quite so fortunate. Good place to check out if you're mostly into 40k.

    The Warhammer Forum is a great place to go if you're more into Fantasy. A small[er] 40k section exists, and unlike 40konline it's also much more general with no real race specific forums. Real nice people there though, always happy to part with some helpful advice and what not.

    The Warhammer Forum

    That's really all I can think of in terms of more broad spanning forums, though of course there's dozens of other quality race specific sites.

    Cheers

    Mikhail

    According to past experiences, I believe it's against forum rules to post other forums in this manner, which also basically destroys the whole purpose of this thread. (I'm not sure on this however).

    If you were interested in other forums, just do a google search. Something along the lines of "Warhammer forums". You'll find plenty.

    I am usually 90% of the time found on Bolter and Chainsword, which IIRC, is a big competitor with LO. I go there since there is a huge load of masterclass painters and excellent sculptors to get advice from them on painting and amonst otehr stuff. That and I love to lookat their stuff and alot of the other insane painters to get inspiration or ideas for my models.

    Warseer is good for rumours, but it's simply too huge a forum for my tastes, I don't like to read 100+ page threads and coming back to find a dozen posts in 10 minutes. It's big and faceless.

    40K Online :: Machine God Messiah - formally eldaronline.com is a gold mine for some very intresting veiws on 40k and WFB. They are very strict in regards to GW IP protection like LO, but also have some wiked painters and converionsists.:yes:

    WargamerAU :: - australian forum - great if your local and need to find some bits. Home of the "squig'off'a'thon" 2006. Also some very talented painters and hobbyist.:ninja:

    BOLTER AND CHAINSWORD (Powered by Invision Power Board) - some of the 'ickist marine stuff i have seen !! just don't post a non power armoured figure there!!

    WarSeer - WarSeer - way over populated but a great resource if you need refrence material or even just a rumor update.:cry:

    just my 3c:ninja:
