Hey I was wondering, how good is the customer service at BW-bits? So far I have had next to no help at all. I'm trying to trade in some bits that I don't want and I'm having a hard time getting a response. I called earlier this week and actually got someone who did seem helpful and would check with the sales manager and send me an email with in 1 day. However, I just called now (4:10 pm est) and they are out of the office.
I am started to get frusterated because my parrents don't like using their credit cards online all the time and I think that the bits trade in is a great way for me to get the bits that I need. (My friend has a bit that I need but he thinks he might need it (he won't).
Any way I'm not saying "Don't go with BW-bits!!!" I'm asking if anyone else has had issues sending in bits?

Well, I don't have any experience with BW-bits yet. I plan on sending in a couple of my bits though.
If BW doesn't work for you, try Conversion bits. They can be contacted through email and they respond fairly fast. They take basically all bits anyway. I did send in to them from Holland, took about a week, and got paid in store credit. Afterwards I did an order and just paid a couple of bucks extra to cover the high shipping fee.
I never thought of trading in bits. I guess I'll dig out some useless bits that I have.

Wow, that looks incredibly useful...

i've always gotten good service through BWBITS. regarding contacting them, sometimes they respond right away, some times you have to wait a bit. but otherwise, its good service.
