hi all i was just wondering would it be worth buying Warhammer 40,000: Wargear book since they made it before they relised some of the newer codexs????
Mech Tau W-0 D-0 L-0
Mech Tau always outnumbered never out gunned
I believe they've revised it. Even if they did, I wouldn't buy it. Your opponent has to have their codex available when you play anyways so look up stuff then.
yea, this thing is kinda useless, i know a guy who got it but hes weird lol, he got all codexes, rulebooks, chapter revised, wargear and is abonned to White Dwarf lol.
I disagree. I find it excellent for taking a quick look through on what to expect. Also as far as the ork rules it has all the up to date rules interpretations many of which are different then the FAQ rules and since Wargear is the most up to date you have to go off that. In edition, there are a few rule clarifications for Dark Eldar. The down side is as far as Eldar its of course its not use able.
Worse comes to worse, its got all the profiles for figures from the races, plus some interesting information.
Lastly: it is excellent toilet reading if you have the time, which i'm sure we all do at some points. My stays in the bathroom and gets read in there.
