like this one the picture,I can't even find one on ebay is that how rare these tanks are?
thats looks liek a custom land raider, a chaos land raider. the sides look liek imperial guard tracks.... cant help that much not into tanks mostly infantry
They're fairly rare - GW managed to break the mould for the old land raider (pictured) some time during the 90's apparently, and it was a good few years that marine players weren't able to buy their biggest tank.
So they're fairly rare, and I suspect a lot of people won't want to part with them. But compared to the current land raider, their god-awful models .
Having an army and not owning a rulebook is like owning a car with no steering wheel.Originally Posted by amishcellphone

I agree, compared to the current Land raider the old 'Imperial Land Raider', was a bit of a dog. All the weapon mounts looked like they were made of wire.
I've still got a couple of these, painted the first (horrible); the second is just primed and still in the box.
Back when these came out you could field them with Guard units. If I was going to do a retro pre-Heresy unit I would go for the FW mk2b upgrade parts.
Leave the 'old dog' well alone.
