I just bought the LEGO Ambulance. My lady and I were in Target shopping for.. home stuff or whatever. I went straight to the LEGO aisle, like usual. This thing was only $8.00! What a deal.
Does anyone else have an irrational attraction to LEGOs? I thought maybe my involvement in Warhammer fueled my desire for kits to put together.. and I wondered if anyone else enjoys them as much as I do? Maybe LEGOs where what made me so attracted to Warhammer in the first place. I drew a lot of pure joy out of putting together this ambulance, and it felt just like putting together Warhammer models.
What do you think?

I have pounds upon pounds of legos under my gaming table as I type. They are some of the most useful things you can own.
I'd go try to make that by sight but I'm afrain I already have an ambulance lying around.

Thanks for the rep. I tried painting the LEGO guy into a Space Marine, but it went horribly wrong.
My infatuation for the ambulance has fueled my desire to paint more guys. LEGO for inspiration; I've painted 3 guys in an hour!

I used to love playing around with my legos and now that you mention it, I am sure that playing with some for a bit would make me want to go and paint models too.
Lego was my first huge passion when i was a kid, i even got to go to Lego land in Denmark for my 6th birthday- in fact my first wargames were staged between the opposing sides of lego knights.
Lego starwars on the computer is great fun too
