I thought I'd include this for all of those that haven't found this amazing site yet. Brush Thralls (www.brushthralls.com) is a website dedicated to the construction, conversion, painting, and basing of Privateer Press minatures. They have many (and I mean a lot) of tips and tricks that I have found usefull especially starting out with a new faction (they'll also help my Circle get off the ground Lost Nemesis).

So basically I just wanted everyone to see this as I haven't heard anyone talking about it, and thought I shouldn't HORDE it all to myself.

Yes, BT is a grand modelling/painting site. Gotta love their dedication to the hobby and their will to put out great articles.

Sorry to necro this thread but this site is still pretty amazing.

I was amused by their "speed painting" guide. 8 hours for 6 troops. Maybe that is speed painting if you usually do show quality stuff but that's about average for me and more time that most of the people I know are willing to spend. Speed painting to the people I play with would be whipping out 100 troops in 8 hours. Basically basecoat and then drybrush 3 colors.
