Are Grey Knight Terminators worth their weight in Gold?

These are from a newer line. Privateer is beginning to release cast plastic models. Which means they should be cheaper than their normal Warmachine stuff.

Holocaust tells you that you use it in the Assault phase at Int 1. Doesn't that pretty much preclude that you must be in CC to use it, as those units outside of CC do nothing? In other words, if you are out of CC, you have no initiative value for that assault phase?

you may use it in combat phase, other powers that can ONLY be used in assault say they are used in assault only, this one says you may so does not limit you to just assault

Man played Tau and DS my GM and 5 Termi's in to the center of his army.

He fired everything at them for 3 rounds minus the unit I would wipe out each round.
At the end of the game I had 1 Tremi and the GM w/ 1w left it was awsome.
He hates them and does all he can to kill them from as far a posible.

Also played my bothers Death Wing my termi's smoked him

I say yes they are awsome I will all ways take one unit.

I voted YES!! I took 5 termies and Hector Rex in a 4000 point game (I took mostly storm troopers- I couldn't afford that many Grey Knights) and they ploughed through FOUR units of bloodletters and killed a daemon price; all with taking 1 casualty.
Admittedly that was a good day but even so lets see normal SM termies do THAT!!!

In the total of maybe 4 matches I've had my Grey Knight Terminators in my guard list, they've been to hell and back. Last game I played, they didn't come in until the 4th turn, my army was mostly ravaged, and them (along with rather heroic actions of a veteran squad) held off almost an entire Space marine army and clenched a draw from the jaws of defeat.

they won't be worth their gold if you deepstrike them get them into a tank or make them runs as you need to get as many Bolter shots off as they work best in ccbut will fail if they get too over-run
