Making any headway into a tactica, or need broader community's help?

I say we have a stab at it with what we know, can always fix mistakes further down the road? Could help alot of GK newbies understand what the basic loadouts etc are, without having to start a new thread? Besides from what I have read, there seems to be alot of well learned GK generals on here already.

Still retired, but just realized that deamonhunters became grey knights... EXCITED!! But not in a position where I can get back into the hobby despite my wife (yup, i am now married) telling me she doesn't mind... A suggestion for the tactica, while what I did for my deamonhunters tactica was the lazy way, you could always read till your eyes fall out about what is working for everyone else, then compile it into a large post and source all the wonderful users who contributed without realizing it....

Now that grey knights are plastic it makes me want to get back into this so badly... but I remember 2 years ago, 5 METAL grey knights were $45.... now 5 PLASTIC grey knights are $40.... Wish I had the money to do this still!!!! Alas, I just stopped by to say hi, and offer my suggestion. I noticed my old tactica is now unstickied for obvious reasons and that prompted me to post here, not to get it restickied, but to point out the technique i used which may be helpful to you. Damn am I excited that grey knights got updated......

Funny story, 2years and 1 day ago, was the last time I posted in the deamon hunter forum...... I didn't even realize that... lol

I hope this goes well for you rabbit, and I can't wait to read it! Hopefully if it comes together in the next month, it may be the last thing I need to inspire me to get back into this hobby!!!!

One Idea:

1 grand master
1 or 2 dreadknight(s) with teleporter (optional an incinerator)

Give the dreadknight(s) the scouting option.

This wil enable you to assault with the dreadknights first turn (if you have the first turn ie.)

Loads of fun...

Yeah done that myself in the past, was funny, did it to a pair of my mates vindicators, he actually gave up on turn 2 because he couldn't hurt my Paladins with all his vindicators gone by turn 3 lol.

I actaull foind giving units in rhinos scout and outflanking very useful or even a dreadnought, great for coming up behind someone.
