looks fine to me.
it seems that 2 blocks of spearmen, some SM'S or WL's, with 2 bolt throwers, 2 eagles and 5 Shadow warriors are fast becoming the basis of any HE army.
you're a bit light on actual body count though...

Quannum, funkin' out in every way. Since 1987.
i agree with quannum this does seem to be the defaults HE army basis. This does seem to be a very well balanced army list the only thing i would question was the tirranoc chariot which probably won't survive into combat. You could change this for more spearelves and or changing the silverhelms to dragon princes for more impact. Overall an excellent balanced list even without any changes. I like eltharion as the army general, mage and general mayhem cause he will draw a lot of fire but thats good since the rest of your army will recieve less.
I also would suggest dropping the Chariot and upgrading the Silverhelms to Dragon Princes. They way our cavalry is set up at the moment Silverhelms arent really all that useful. Personally if its a choice of fast flankers I go with Reavers, and if I want a heavy hitting heavy cavalry unit then Dragon Princes are the way to go.
Another reason to drop the chariot is that they are just too easy to kill before they do anything, especially if you are only taking one.

stormwing is where I would aim my weapons. Eltharion will look silly after his bird is shot from under him. I think a dragon would be better for the points, but that's just me. I would probably prefer some whitelions and a noble or two instead of the Elth/Stormwing combo, but I'm assuming this is a "just for fun list" anyway - so have a blast.
