I think the list looks pretty nice. Here's some suggestions:
You're currently in a middle ground with your magic but your items suggest a defensive stance. If you're going for offense, you would be better served by a jewel of the dusk + dispel scroll and silver wand + ring of fury combo. For defence, I would recommend dropping both mages down to level 1, keeping one with two scrolls and giving the other either the staff of sorcery or the annulian crystal.
The spearmen could do with command. You can drop light armour from the archers (S4 hits will ignore this armour anyway).
Dragon princes look alright but the other unit could use a standard (possibly with warbanner) instead of another champion.
I would not suggest using magic items on your elite infantry champions. Here I would recommend using the amulet of light on one unit and just leaving the other bare.
I hope that helped!

Sorry GN, and thank you for your help swntzu, this is the first list i have built so i am still trying to get the feel for things, have only played once in fantasy and with a friends high elf army, i really enjoyed it and am looking forward to playing again, thanks a bunch guys.
I think this looks a very balanced list, i also agree with all swintzu's comments. IMHO if you are going to use the mage's defensively i would definitely use the annulian crystal over the staff of sourcery. The AC give you more defense whilst decreasing your opponent offense at the same time. Good luck and have fun.
