It looks like a pretty balanced and fun list, the only change that I would make is to your noble, I wouldn't take Ring of Fury by itself, with no other casters power level 3 will be dispelled every time. If you want magic go with the Radiant Gem of Hoeth instead and pick a lore with a good base spell for the opponent.
If you aren't worried about magic then I think that the reaver bow is worth considering to further bolster your already impressive shooting phase.
Just noticed you wrote RBT twice and only paid once.
Will you be playing games with this list? Or is it just the first step in building up a list that you'll be playing with later?
I ask because it occurred to me that if you are actually playing games with this list and you draw an army like VC with ethereal models, you have nothing on your list that can wound them. You could consider changing your Noble out for a Mage to get some magical attacks.
I agree with Allonairre, this is a pretty good list that will bring lots of fun battles. Good solid foundation to add upon also.
High Elf WiP Tactica
What if I give my noble "amulet of light" instead so he is 112, then him and his unit make all magical attacks. This frees up a few point. See my first post for edited list.
Upgrade the heavy armor to a dragon armour. It only cost 2 points (which u have left), and its nice for a charater to be immune to spells like Rule of Burning Iron (and some other fiery stuff).
I agree with vetamino, I always equip my nobles with Dragon Armour, it comes in handy way more often then you might think = ) Its way worth the 2 pts.
