After playing my 833 points-with-Dragon-Mage-crammed-in list, I finally got my second shipment of models. Time for a new list!
My group plays tough armies (Lizards, DoC, DE) and fairly hard lists, but we try not to over-cheese. This is my first attempt at a 1500pt list, and I would welcome any feedback!
Barded Steed, Dragon Armour, Dragonscale Shield, Amulet of Light, Talisman of Loec
Level 2, Dispel Scroll, Seerstaff of Saphery
Level 2, Silver Wand, Ring of Fury
16 Lothern Sea Guard
Shields, Musician, Standard Bearer, War Banner
5 Dragon Princes
Standard Bearer, Lion Standard
5 Dragon Princes
Standard Bearer, Banner of Ellyrion
Lion Chariot of Chrace
I'm not sure which DP unit the Noble will go with, but I am leaning towards the unit with the Lion Standard so there is no risk of auto-breaking or failed charges against Hydras, Steggies and DoC units.
Any other comments?
what lores wioll you give your mages?? and how do you protect them from missile fire?
i would take the LSG out and put 2 units of 10 archers in, or 1 big block of spearmen. the unit of 16 LSG is to weak to win real combats, and to expensive to add more models. it's a personal favour tough

Lores will depend on the adversary. Probably Light against Daemons, Shadow against Lizards, etc... One mage will be in with the LSG, the other with an RBT crew.
