this is my first attempt at a high elf list. my main goal for this army is to look good, but id like to win a game or two. so does anyone have any criticism or ideas?
-Seerstaff of Saphery
-2 Dispel scrolls
War Lion Chariot
War Lion Chariot
15 White Lions
-Banner of Arcane protection
16 White Lions
-Amulet of fire
6 “Lion” Princes
Repeater Bolt Thrower
When in doubt, more Bloodcrushers
Why the musicians with the archers? Not a huge deal either way, but could get you another model somewhere.
I would consider giving your "lion princes" the Banner of Ellyrion to be able to have the same mobility as your actual WLs and zip through woods. This would let you set up a LOT of forests (as many as your opponent would let you before realizing what kind of army you have, at least) and gain some great advantages from them since the only units that would have trouble with movement then are the chariots, which can zip around the forests without much trouble anyway.
I think this'd be interesting for sure. I'm not sure if I'd put Korhil on a chariot, but I have zero experience with that so I'd say it's certainly worth a try.
Looks real interesting and a lot of fun to play. And would indeed look great on the field. Looking forward to hearing how it works out!
great fluffyness! will you be converting the dragon princes to ride lions?
also dropping the musicians will allow you to play the banner or Ellyrion Evertras mentioned. the speed would help with the lack of eagles to help marchblock/harrass warmachines etc
