Well I've been considering starting Fantasy up again with 8th edition bound to release soon, so I've been playing around with Several Armies. I've always wanted to do a High Elves White Lion themed list and I thought I'd give it a shot.
Mage Lv. 2
10 LSG w/ Shields
10 LSG w/ Shields
15 White Lions FC
So my strategy is: LSG hang back with the RBTs and lend some fire support while the Lions move up into CC. IF Lions need CC support LSG can also help with that.
Now I'm no expert on High Elves and I'm sure I've made some mistakes with this list, so if possible can anyone help to correct the list's flaws while still keeping to the Lion/LSG theme thanks.
I thought I was smart, but apparently people don't like to take advice from beggars.
i have taked a big block of 20 lothern sea guards insteed because in 8:th edition its much much better.
in 8:th they all can fight and their firepower will not be less i can tell you.
i should even swop 3 white lions and a bolt thrower to f/c on lsg, silver wand on mage and six sword masters with musican
then the list looks like this:
lvl 2 mage w/silver wand
20 lsg w/ shields and f/c
12 white lions w/ f/c
6 sword masters w/ musican
then you get a very hard offensive list but the list can play very well defensive
I would say beef up the SG even more, as with 8th, our Lotherners are one of the best cores in large blocks.
yeah maybe if we put of the sm we have a 27 block of lsg (with mage in you get a 28 block with lsg)
