I like the list, especially the swordmasters. Probably my favorite unit in the High Elves list, no matter how often they get turned to swiss cheese. That being said, I don't like seeing the swordmasters messed with. Especially in ways that hamper their effectiveness. The sword of battle needs to come off the bladelord. The +1 attack will not combine with the great weapon he's carrying. So it's either 3 attacks at S5, or 4 attacks at S3. I'd rather have the S5 any day of the week. I also don't find much a need for flaming attacks, but maybe thats because I don't play against wood elves or tomb kings that often. If you do, there's no better unit to put that on. If you don't, then you can save some points there too.

Technically, you're list is not legal. 25% of 2000 is 500, and your core total is 490.

25% of 1995 is 498-499...so you're still illegal. For 490 to be legal you'd have to have 1960 points in the list.

Also - having all flaming attacks as a virtue of a banner is nice against many opponents, but if you faced another High Elf army - can you say rubber greatswords? Any Dragon Prince/Lord on Dragon will just laugh whilst your troops get royally beaten/eaten.

As others have said - increase the core, lose the flaming banner from the swordmasters, and I would go for a level 1 or 2 mage in addition to have a useful ablative spell - e.g. Teclis gets shadows and the level 2 could look to pick some spells from another lore with seerstaf to help with the mega miscasts... or even take e.g. a level 1 with staff of solidity and go for the signature spell of a lore, like Fireball...
