Hello, I'm trying to make a semi-competitive list for the league I'm in and I would like your opinion. So here it is:
Archmage- lvl.4, silverwand, Folariath's robe (Life)
Mage- lvl.2, Seer staff (Shadow, havn't decided on spells yet)
Noble- BSB, Armor of Caledor, Guardian Phoenix, GW
Spearmen x32- Full command, warbanner
Spearmen x30- Full command
Phoenix Guard x24- Full command, Banner of Sorc., Gem of courage
White Lions x18- Full command
Great Eagles x3
I'm going to put the Archmage and Caradryan with the PG while I put my BSB in either the SM or WL, and I will stick the mage in one of the SM groups. The idea behind this army is that the Archamge will buff all my units that will go into combat while the Mage will be more of a supportive role that will cast the signature spell to help weaken the enemy units. The Eagles will take care of any missile or war machines units as well as mages. The Lion Chariot is there to help out who ever is in need of an extra little boost in combat. The only thing Im worried about is the lack of bolt throwers`. I would really like to know what your opinions are and what needs improvement.
Hey! I'd say scrap 2 eagles and take a bolt thrower extra shooting never hurts. Is the gem of courage on the champion of the pheonix guard? Hey and also SM stands for Sword Masters not SpearMen
