So I used this list the other night and funny enough both of my opponents had vampires, which led to the second game feeling more than a little slow and boring. At least the slowness was compensated with two wins which is something new for me as I am still learning to play the game.
Yes Teclis is in the list, Yes Teclis is in the armybook so as far as I'm concerned there is no need to discuss whether it's cheese or not since it clearly doesn't bother me to use him. That being said he was a nice change for me since I normally use some sort of Prince on dragon and rarely go magic other than 1 maybe 2 level 2 mages at times. It's really amazing just how much a level 4 mage can do, and yes Teclis is pretty crazy powerful but hey he can be killed just like anyone else.
I am mostly looking for any suggestion or area's of improvement on the list in general, pretty much everything did it's job, the 10 archers are questionable but they filled the required points needed for core and just stood near the RBT.
Teclis used shadow and the LVL2 used High Magic
Teclis and Korhil went with the phoenix guard.
LVL 2 and BSB went with the sea guard.
sword masters and lion chariot were flankers/distractions and worked well.

Thank you for any advice and insight in to your advice.
Thank you fort he comments CaptainSarathai, the LSG unit is numbered as such since I'm working with the models on hand until I see what I get for Christmas. I don't know how I feel about only having one core choice so I may make two units of LSG in the long run but for the coming weeks I'm going to test this list out against something other than vamps and see how it holds up. I only made this list a half hour before heading to the local GW and it was edited from a Prince on Star Dragon list so with that being said I didn't realise I had better armor options for the BSB.
Would you suggest Armor of Caledor with Guardian Phoenix instead of his current set up ? he did get punched in the face once causing me to lost combat. Luckily i rolled snake eyes and got okkhams mindrazor off and completely wiped out his main line unit with lord and such in it and won me the game.
Let me know your thoughts on the Noble's loadout, Thanks.
Since you're not using it anywhere else, might I suggest going with the Armor of Destiny from the core book? It has the same 5+ as you're getting from your Dragon Armor, but it also has a 4+ Wardsave. I know that it's most of your points allowance, but with this guy, it's worth it. A rerollable armor save is cool, but with Elves and our low toughness, and our weaker armor, we usually have to roll a LOT of armor, and our armor is very modified. Think of it this way- you're exchanging a rerollable 4+, for an unmodifiable 4+, and possibly an armor save. Wards are always better than armor, that's why they cost so much.
