2500 point Semi Friendly Infantry List

Having a match with a friend soon, most likely he will be playing Dark Elves, and I was wondering what yall might think of the list ive come up with. In general ive had terrible luck with any sort of core shooting coming out of HE and I tend to lean more melee infantry heavy, I kind of just want to know if this is even a viable list for playing at all. Thanks!

one question you might want to repost this with the amount of troops in each unit as you havnt put them and second vs dark elves you will get massacred by shooting so take 2-4 small units of archers like 10 in each and grab either some dragon princes to counter cold ones or get some lotern sea guard to guard the flanks
