EDIT: Some point totals removed to respect GW copyright. ~DavidVC04
Well here it is, im pretty set on my unit choices i may change them a little but i mostly want help on upgrade/items.
Archers 10 :
silverhelm 5 +champion + musician :136
Spearmen 15 FC:195
RBT 2 :
mage lvl 2 +seer+channeller+ talisman of protection :180
commander on steed(with SH) lance,shield, H-armor, +helm of fortune+sword of striking :142
as u can see i have a few extra points, should i grab a banner of ellyiron or a standard barr on my silverhelm?? not sure what else to do with them except light armor on archers (waist).
so please, tell me what u think!
Oh yeah also, i havent bought the mini's yet, but i was considering later switching out the archers and some of the extra points on my heros for a unit of swordmasters. I know archers are already overpriced and the 2 RBT should be enough fire power for an 1000 point game so i thought the SM might be nice. Im not sure how many i would take probebly on like 12 or 15.

Seems like small list, even for 1000 pts. I've never fielded a HE army, so my comments come just from playing against them. It just seems that with only three units, winning combats will be tough.
yeah, this strikes me as a very small list. I'd do the following:
Trim down your characters, especially the hero. HE heros add leadership, and a few extra attacks. They are not combat monsters. You could get another unit of silverhelms for him as he is, and I'd rather have the extra unit than 1 guy. If you need to keep him, give him basic equipment, and maybe a reaver bow.
The talisman on the mage is probably a waste, and the seer maybe also. You get to roll 2 spells anyway, and you should probably swap 1 for the first on the list (probably a magic missile in 1k). Then the other should be castable with your remaining dice. remember, you only get 4 dice, so using more than 2 on a spell means the other probably won't work. I'd be inclined to give him a power stone or a dispel scroll, and maybe the silver wand.
I'd swap out the archers for swordmasters, silver helms, or more spearmen when you get the chance. The spearmen should probably get a war banner, 15 is a little small. A chariot would also be helpful.

Alright i have taken your comments into concideration is this a better list?
silverhelm 5 +champion + musician :136
Spearmen 15 FC + warbanner :210
Swordmasters 12+FC :184 (bladelord with amulate of purifying flame)
Shadow warriors 6 +shadow walker :104
RBT 2 :
mage lvl 2 +channeller + silver wand :150
THis leaves me with 16 points, i would probebly eaither go with giving the bladelord the amulate of purifying flame or the mage with the jewel of dusk depending on the enemies strength in magic.
Completely get rid of those shadow warriors. You DO NOT Need them on 1000 point games.
You do need something for march blocking so your RBTs can get more shots. So keep the Shadow Warriors, but drop the Shadow Walker or drop the Shadow Warriors and get a unit of Reavers.
If you are not going to take a Dispel Scrol I would give the Mage one of the bound rings and the Jewel of Dusk. Then most likely use the lore of fire for offensive magic. Most of your opponets will only have 3 dispel dice the bound item will draw 1 or 2 out and then they can only stop one of your two casting spells.
Hope this helps and good luck.
Thanks for the advice hightide ill probebly do just that. Now i just have to decide between shadow warriors or reavers.
I'd vote Reavers. The shadow warriors are unable to contribute much in a fight, cause they can't negate ranks and are only S3. Also, in 7th edition (just around the corner), skirmishers can be marchblocked, so they won't be able to do their job against cavalry. I only really endorse Shadow Warriors if you know there are war-machines to sack.
Reavers, if they survive long enough, can contribute S4 attacks, and will be able to move if they rally after fleeing. Invaluable in a marchblocker IMO. Also good for charge-baiting. So I think they are more versatile.
hmm sounds good, i guess ill probebly jus take them then. I guess bows are kinda unnecissary right?
normal bows are fairly useless in this game, they are only good for taking out T3 models without armor, and since most of these are cheaper than the elves shooting at them, it is not a good bet.
