1000 Point Army v Ogre Kingdoms
Am sure my oppenent will not use any magic or gnobblars at all so:
Commander, Heavy Armour, Shield, Barded Steed, Foe Bane (Great again W3 monsters), Helm of Fortune (143 points)
I think this guy is going to be a real pain considering always wounding on 2+'s and a 1+ re-rollable armour save
Mage, Ring of Fury and Jewel of the Dusk (140 points)
An extra power dice and an nice spell needing no dice to cast should make magic phase fun
19 Spearmen, Full command Group, The mage will join this group (239 Points)
5 Silver Helms with Full Command (173 points)
5 Silver Helms (Just Shields) (105 points)
2x Repeater Bolt Thrower (200)
Any changes or advice guys? Help would be great
I get 5 Silver Helms with Full Command as 150 points only. Did you mean 6?
If he has no magic, load up on those bound items and power dice! Ah, you already have. Excellent. Foe Bane is also an excellent idea vs Ogres.
I would remove the FC from the Silver Helms, and use the points to give the other unit Heavy Armour. If you have the points, (re-)add a Musician to both units.
If you go for the pit of shades route, get the channeler, it lets you cast with 4 dice. Ogres don't do well against the pit.
