This is a list stretching out the figures I have to fit 2000 points. It's a tough stretch. I can't really move more than a couple guys around, I've got another 10 archers and 10 of the swordmasters are really pheonix guard but I think they'll let that slide. Any small changes anyone would suggest?

Quick question: does Dragon Armor count as magical armor? If so, then the Enchanted Shield can't legally pair with it, so you'd have to switch to just normal Heavy Armor. Plus, I think you may be looking at an old Army Book or something. There is no "Armor of the Gods" in the latest one, and Sword of Striking costs 25 points. Finally, I'm wondering if you're spending too much on your characters. I'd suggest removing your Prince, who's frankly pretty expensive for what he does, and just replace him with a commander (or combine your two Level 2 wizards into an Archmage). I have been taught that ideally, you don't want to spend more than 500-600 pts on your characters. Then, you could afford another block of troops, which I think your army really needs. Good luck!
Armour of the Gods is a magic item given to the High Elves after the Albion Campaign, granting 3+ save and +1 strength. The sword of striking does need paying for. As for Characters I agree to an extent with TheGeminiKiller, drop the prince or tool him up properly. You need to think 'what stands out in the High Elf List as it currently stands?' The Answer is Mages, Eagles, Bolt Throwers and Silver Helms, so play to your strengths. I found that Arch Mage, Mage, Mage, BSB is a good setup, utilising the bound items available to you. Take Two Bolt Throwers and Two Eagles, and I would swap the Dragon Knights for more Silver Helms as they are more economical. The Swordmasters are fine if you can get them into combat. Deploy them with your character with Pure of Heart and behind your archers. Let the Archers flee from a charge which won't panic your Swordmasters, allowing them to charge.
