teclis ( hanging back with 1 of the archer units, will take high magic unless im up against little to no magic )
Korhil (with pg)
noble (with pg)
2x 10 archers
4 bolt throwers
18 phoenix guard
at the moment im at 1753 and im trying to decide where next I wanna take the list. This army list is designed in mind to just stay back and shoot until they get too close. I was thinking maybe a unit or 2 of shadow warriors to march block but dont know if theyll make back their points. Sorry I thought I made this in the army list section. Could someone please move it.

Good choice with Teclis.
You have some points left over which would allow you to take dragon princes. One of the nobles could be put there.
Maybe drop a RBT and take a wareagle. This eagle can be used as a march blocker to slow your opponent down to give you another round of shooting. And that is what you are going for.
Some other choices for your left over points. Sword masters, lion chariots and no spearman. Just something for you to think on.
I wouldn't add Dragon Princes. If you are just sitting around waiting for him to advance, you don't need the speed and range of cavalry. Instead get SMs or WLs for more models and more attacking chances. I would think you need to buff up your infantry or your magic, because there's not enough shooting there to stop an entire army, and you only have 1 unit that can really fight when the enemy gets to you.
High Elf WiP Tactica
Swordmasters or Whitelions are an excellent addition, adding a much needed punch to the army.
If a Million Guardsmen die, that's a statistic. If one marine dies, that's a tragedy.
I think I would include either 2 units of shadow Warriors or 2 units of Ellyrion Reavers to march Block. At the moment you aren't going to be able to slow down your opponent to let your shooting and magic do its damage.
You do probably need a L2 mage with the Ring of Fury, use him first and the ring to try and draw dispel dice if they keep dice for Teclisgo for Irresistable force if they try and stop your L2 and the ring you can get an extra spell through with Teclis.
I would also include 7 WL or Swordmasters to give you that punch when close combat is joined.
