Whats up guys, ive been through alot with this list, and under gone some SERIOUS changes, before i head back into the heat of battle i just wanna get some second opinions, any advice would be appreciated, so heres what ive got so far-
High elf archmage- level 4 upgrade, seerstaff of saphery, silver wand, starwood staff, jeewel of the dusk
BSB noble- Battle banner, great weapon, shield, dragon armor
Mage- level 2 upgrade, undecided about magic items.
magic items on the archmage are unsure as of now, but if u guys no any good combinations
15 sword masters- banner of sorcery
15 sword masters
15 white lions
5 silver helms
2 Repeater bolt throwers
I was considering getting another bolt thrower. I would use the sword masters and spearmen to lead the front. While i use the silver helms to move up one flank, while the white lions hold the other. Meanwhile the bot throwers and mages would provide support. So thats what i got the tournaments usuall consist of a variety of every type of army, so there isnt really a specififc ary to design to defeat another specific army. Please leave any advice/comments
I would also use the White Lions as the centre and the SM as the flankers, purely because the survive and hold better, although I realise that the move through woods is useful on a flanker.
The reason for the archers is that you can't afford to be march blocked and you will be, they (with the bolt throwers and magic) give you the ability to hurt or kill most warmachine hunters, flankers and march blockers. It also frees up the points needed for an eagle or Shadow Warriors
Hope it helps, I gaurantee someone says to change the Silver Helms to Dragon Princes, they are probably right but it is up to you.
