Swordmasters, Phoenix Guard, or Spearmen?

Since it's a question entirely off of what looks the most awesome, I gotta go with PG. I love their fluff. They don't dish out damage like SMs do, and they aren't as mobile as WLs, but I still use them. How can you say no that gets fear because they're stern due to knowing the future?

but because of a daemonic background in their fluff, so they just fit in theme wise.
also 4+ ward save and cause fear?

Phoenix Guard is my first. I just like the fluff and how tough they can be. Can't go wrong with a unit of them against any army.

Not that I don't love the Sword Masters or White Lions. All three of these units are among my favorites out of our entire army, but the PG are a much more reliable chocie if you ask me for the equal points cost.

If you're talking about models, Phoenix Guard win every time. They're positively beautiful.

Come to think of it, if you're talking about rules they win as well.

In fact, they win at everything.
