Just picked up some of the new PG from my local store, (and some WLs, and some DPs)
and I'm having some trouble assembling them. Most of the bits have letters at the sprue to show which ones beling together, but they are so very much alike I can't see difference at all.
So, does anyone have any experience with these guys when it comes to assembly, 'cause if the letters really don't matter that much, I'd rather go for a more speedy assembly and not assembling each individual model completely.

Better go by the letters, or youll have huge gaps, parts that wont fit and similar troubles. You dont want to mess up a box as expensive as that...

I personally do not like the new PG at all. Yeah, they're plastic and everything but I just prefer the old metal ones' look. And Kithre is perfectly right: the heads suck.
Sorry if I went off topic.
I think it's perfectly on topic to say that the new pg look retarded
Good thing I have fifty metal ones, I'm set
The Silver Knights of Tor Adrac (He): 26/2/4
The Spears of Slaanesh (Woc): 7/2/5
Battlegroup Chalybso (GK): 7/3/3
Fifty?! Like, 50? Woah, that's a loooooad!
In my opinion, these plastic PG are far superior to the metal incarnations, because mainly of their new look. They look how I thought they'd look in my minds eye when I first read their entry, whereas the metal ones look too...static, as if they are just mindless clones, whereas these plastic ones have real individual character.
As for the helmets, I reckon they're the most awesome part of the model, completely suitable for the ornate and mysterious Phoenix Guard. But that's my opinion.

Okay, I'm finished with assembling one of the two boxes I bought...
DAMN YOU PHOENIX GUARD!
These are the hardest plastic models I have ever assembled. My tip, before I start on the other box, is to assemble each model individually ACCORDING TO THE LETTERS.
On the looks of the models, I think they are fantastic, and I blame GWs paint job for the ugly look on the web page.
