i dont use them
31 and bigger (if someone got points for that in 2000 point games huh)
which zize is good on silver helms (in 2000 points).
i have started playing with 12 silver helms (6x2) or 11 with combat character in, because of that they just got 1 attack they works great in bigger units (just my opinion).
which zize do you use in 2000 point games (if you use them)
an army that seeks to fight without the protection of the eagle claws is clearly courageous or inept. either way, í wish no part in it - Eolaran Greyhawk, Seamaster.
I´d take 15. That´s enough to negate ranks and steadfast.
Silverhelms are cheaper than Dragon princes. That´s why I like them for this job.

That would be 100% I think
I don't usually run them, but one use I could see for them is as a disruption unit. They get the same save as DPs, cost less, and being commonly known as a "bad unit", your opponent might leave them alone until they do their thing. I think they need to have minimum frontrank for this to work, so probably 15, though this might be difficult to handle on the board.
EDIT: OUCH! Ninjaed...
5000p. High Elves
Silver Helms? what are they? i use reavers in a simmilar role to reduce rank bonous'! as far as i am concerned, the Silver Helms are slightly to expensive for the job that they do.
