Treasures of the Old Ones, the items from the Albion campaign including armour of the gods. It is pdf, so you can right click and save as..

Army Battalion is a wonderful start. You can convert Mages out of the archers and the left over bits from the bolt thrower. So to start your list usually can look like:

Prince with barded stead (convert out of 1 silver helm)
    2 Mages
    16 Spear Elves
    7 Silver Helms
4 Sea guard (i converted the kneeling archers to seaguard)
    10 Archers
    1 Bolt thrower
    40K-Beakies(9-14-4),Guard(4-7-2),Orks(34-12-11). FANTASY-Dwarves(15-6-7),Beasts (14-14-1), Skaven (17-17-10) DoC (6-1-2). CYGNAR (28-15-1)

Archers are still usable, though a bit overcosted. But Sea Guard outright suck, so stick with Spearmen/Archers.
Use Light, Beasts, Metal instead of Heavens
NecroLords: Use at least one Death Mage
    Brets: Use Peasants&Damsels
    Skaven: Don't use Skryre SAD

    Harsh, but true.
I suggest starting with the Army Book, (not called a codex) and the Battalion; a great start to any army!

well get what most people suggest (IG. the battalion and army book) but also get a character. The (almost) new characters on foot are really great ^_^
