So at 3000 points, I want a Prince on a dragon in my army, mianly because I can and dragons are cool.
So with that in mind, how should I equip the Prince? At the moment I'm thinking Dragon Armour, Helm of Fortune, Enchanted Shield, and Blade of Leaping Gold, giving him 7 attacks and a 2+ re-rollable save. What do you lot give your dragon-riding Princes?
All the old Specialist Games resources are currently being uploaded at the Tactical Command forums, and you can find them here: http://www.sg.tacticalwargames.net/fanatic/.
-armour of the gods
-vembrances of defense
-amulet of purifying flame
he will have 4 attacks with str 7 on the charge a 3+ save rerollable save 4+ ward save and -3 to enemy casting. Good magic defense, good armour, and with a high weapon skill and strength u will most likely hit on 3+ and wound on 2+ on the charge along with your dragons attacks you will most likely break them on the first round of combat.
Unfortunatly Armour of the Gods is for on foot troops only. I suggest the following:Originally Posted by biohazard

This prince still ahs the good armour save, his strength is lower, but he has a magical weapon, which is very useful. Against ogres switch the sword of might for foe bane and drop the amulet.
