Dark elves hate high elves and high elves ignore panic to dark elves and people say that is fair. But if you hate someone is it not true that you are immune to psychology against them? if so Dark elves are immune to panic against high elves aswell in adittion to rerolls and imune t psycology.
Indeed not. Hatred just lets you re-roll missed attacks in the first round of any combat.
I think you're mixing hatred up with Frenzy. Frenzy gives you an extra attack and
makes you immune to psychology whilst Frenzied (plus forcing you to charge if

In essence, hatred is an offensive boon while stoic is a defensive boon. This is a great way of displaying the major differences of these two elven peoples.
hatred is only useful in CC and then only the first round

yeah, the posts above got it right. Dont forget that black guard hate everything though, not just HE. And malekith re-rolls against HE in every round. not just the first.
