Fantastic! I suppose forgeworld bits are the price of a good mini ). Is the daemon weapon a chaos warrior arm? It's a nice conversion. I've always been fond of paving the way with the heads of our enemies, and imperial guard offers an endless supplies of fresh meat.

I think if you were to position the arm more parallel to the leg it would look better, like he's past the down swing, or even holding the weapon out. As it is, the pose of the arm is intended to be extended (almost in salute) or pointing straight out. Just my opinion though.

I think the headson the base don't seem like they've just fell of recently slain enemies. Seem a bit cluttered.
