    Defiler Head

I was looking at the defiler heads in the box and they seem a little...small and whussy for what it is. Any idea of something bigger (I was thinking mechanical dragon/lion in looks) and more impressive i could use for it?
I could scratch build one but my skills arent huge.

Well, you could check toystores for dragon models and use that. Give it a blcak undercoat and a metal drybrush and you're set.

How about the head from Typhus, herald of Nurgle? Or some of the Inquisitor-scale heads (the arcoflagellants or gladiators have some cool Chaos-y heads)?

    the head from a juggernaut:

    http://store.us.games-workshop.com/s...0104&orignav=9

really cool for a khorne-themed defiler

for a more organic defiler, use a couple of cold one heads:

wow, i like that idea, i might use that myself to make an Alpha Legion defiler!

Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.

I thought I already replied to this post, but then it turned out I had not...

However, I think you should either scratch build one, or go for what good HeZu said the Juggernaught head. Or maybe even the Carnosaur head for a more living one. Sure it it expensive, but what a head - it's just awesome

if you can pull that on off, it would look great, you could also use the triceratops head for a wicked looking siege-defiler.
