This saved me a lot of money. Though they don't look as good as forgeworld... they are scratch built and I did not use any templates from the web. though I have seen many pictures and such.

I saved at least $200Canadian building two when I compare the cost of two pods from FW with shipping. The cost of a spare bits I had in bits boxes, plasticad, glue, and some specialized modelling bits is much less. Oh yeah, and I hate working with FW bits since they sometimes are warped or cracked not to mention how much trouble it is jsut to work around thier resin.

wow, that pod you made looks really nice. This well help with the pods i'm making.
Thats kick ass!!!! very nice model, and looks cheap and easy great work.
Really, really nice looking! I've been thinking about doing these myself, but I've been fighting off temptation to use templates I found online... But, if you build your own "templates," just so you can reproduce your own work, that's cool, right?
I build, I convert, I sometimes paint, and once in a while, if I'm really lucky, I might even play.
