After the customer received the night goblins I painted up for sale on Ebay, he was so happy with them he wanted more done to fill out his ranks. So he commissioned me to do 20 more Night Goblins and 9 Fanatics.
After the initial hiccups were over, namely not getting the right product and having to reorder stuff, I was finally able to get underway with them. It took me about 5 days to complete the Night Goblins and 3 for the Fanatics, but that was mainly due to having way to much on my plate at the moment, which I hope that continues lol
Anyway not much different in the way of techniques for the painting them, except this time I went with inking instead of blacklining, sped up my results by a few hours and came out looking cleaner.
Oh and apparently my camera did not like the lighting on the metal, so some of it looks a bit off, especially the hooks on the front on the nets, just ignore that, it looks much better IRL.
Wonderful result you have done there NR... I, too, now understand your client!
Thanks to all the people showing faith in me
I sometimes feel that everyone will leave me and they will be on their own...
Real nice stuff. Quick question, did you use glazes to paint the robes?
Joe Peshi (lone wolf) kill tally:Lash Sorcerer, Ghazkull, Yriel, Termi Libby, Vulkan.
Everything was glazed, except for the metal.
