I have always had a fascination with the tyranids and couldn't resist this as I was passing my local shop window. Here are the results of my compulsive buying, let me know what you think.
A prisoner of war is a man that tries to kill you and fails, and then asks that you not to kill him.
Have you used dipping process to make him? If you haven't I'm sorry but that is how he looks! 8Y
Thanks to all the people showing faith in me
I sometimes feel that everyone will leave me and they will be on their own...
Looks real good. Love the base and the accent on the spines . Coming from me that might not mean a lot (I'm not the most seasoned painter.) But as far as tyranid models, Tyrants have to my favorite. Big, metal and a diverse options.
That's a fine brood lord, especially the nid skulls on the base. It gives the impression that the brood lord isn't afraid of killing his own bugs, if they get out of line. Nice touch.

He looks good. I like the choice of colours for him. I think you could do some more to him fairly easily. Some highlights on his tendons and around the mouth etc will bring out his details well. You should also paint his eyes an distinctive colour to bring them out.
Doesn't look dipped to me. Pretty good choice of colors, although I'm not fond of the pink on the weapons.
