O.K, i was spured by "Cheese Cakes" Witch Hunter Bane blade, so does any one have any ideas and/ or rules for a chaos baneblade?
The Only Pyscho Doll
a chaos baneblade uses the exact same rules as the imperial version.
As for ideas well pretty much everything you also do with your own chaos vehicles, the next Uk WD 334 will feature an IW baneblade painted by Christian Byrne so that might provide some suggestions.
Also it will depend on which legion your gonna use it, a khorne one I can see with a lot of skulls on it.

If I had an idea for the Witch Hunters one, I may as well give Chaos a shot right?
Well it all depends on what deity your Chaos are
If Khorne, I'd go with gaping maws on the gun barrels, lots of gory trophies (heads, arms, etc.) and spikes on the treads, armor, and guns.
If Tzeentch, basically go wild, make it crazy colors, have gun barrels bending to aim at their target, maybe a horror or two coming out the crew holes, and i think if you could get your hands on lots of the small mouths for the predator, you could put them along the sides and front of the tank to show that fire upgrade.
Nurgle is pretty self explanatory.
Slannesh could be really weird, lots of skins draped across it, maybe some creepy roses, a daemonette coming out a crew hole, a body hung off the main barrel.
All would need a LOT of Chaos iconography all over them, along with trophies, whatever's clever really.
Hope this helps.

On my scratchbuilt Chaos Baneblade (for a Khorne army) I included:
-Lots of ill-fitted armour plates to represent daemonic infestation, gaps plugged heavily with GS.
-Crude looking heavy bolters made of thick piping.
-Lots of Khorne iconography.
-A GS'ed daemonic face coming out of the rear compartment.
-Plenty of spikes.
-And a ton of those big, nasty spikes adorning the front of the tank and covering the front of the track guards. (impaling tools, anyone?)
Hope this helped.
