Is there anywhere where I can get some IG women soldiers without having to sculpt them myself? I'm willing to convert some non-GW models, etc...
Chuck Norris wouldn't stand a chance against Tana Umaga.
Maybe ask this guy whether any further projects are planned. Click! (Making female Cadians a reality)

there are some nice female heads from this company:
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.

The Dutch Legion
You can also try Shadowforge Miniatures; they do exclusively female miniatures, and have pieces that will fit well in Imperial Guard and Necromunda... Come to think of it, you could always use the miniatures from that range, too. Check out the Specialist Games store for Necromunda's Clan Escher. Here are your links for easy reference:
Hope this helps!
I build, I convert, I sometimes paint, and once in a while, if I'm really lucky, I might even play.
Look a little further into this forum. There is a section in which Doc Thunder made entire female models for Cadians. I got some of the models and they worked perfectly.
I've picked up one made by Hasslefree Miniatures that looks similar to a Cadian, though I'm replacing the head, as the helmet is all wrong.
Thanks for the heads up on the hasslefree minis!
Yeah, I'm afraid that's the one I was referring to. I'm doing a lot of work on it to better match my Cadians, but I always wanted one that looked a bit different to use as a Lieutenant. Heh heh, yes, that helmet is pretty bad.
I'm using some of their "Adventurers" in my bunch as well (with some modifications). Glad I could be of help.
I remember seeing a female Cadian Sergeant model on Work In Progress forum.
All the author did was file down the sides of a regular Cadian torso and add a new head.
Amazingly, it not only worked but looked pretty natural as well.
