Ok, so I've been playing around with some chaos army lists and I wanna try to use as FEW metal models as possible. my list just so happens to include some raptors, so I wanna try to convert them from some plastic assault marines, I just want some ideas of how to make them look a little more chaos-y other than the obvious use of chaos heads/shoulder pads/CCWs in place of the normal marine one...
One thing you could do is use the new Possessed wings (Bits order, I guess, unless you wanna buy 8 boxes of Possessed...) in place of jump packs. I think this would easily define them as chaosy. Usually if someone sees somthing with big wings growing out it's back that aren't supposed to be there, they either think "Hmmm.. Chaosy" or "Damn, I must be close to Cheyrnoble".

get some khorne Zerkers and some SM jumppacks, I'll be doing that when I feel like the taint of chaos (like right now....)
only I'll have more stuff to make people go "are those really CSM? or grots in oversized armour? (my conversion skills are that bad, for now...)
