Does anyone know where I could find guardsmen sized motorcycles? It has to be some combat kind. ex WW2 style. The problem is, I can only find die cast models
Basically, after seeing the conversion article on the GW site, I've decided I'd like to make some of my own rough riders. But, the parts will cost way too much. So, I'm just going to try this route instead

You could try use Space Marine Scout bikers.. they do not have power armour on and could easily become Cadians with a bit of converting.

look aroung a hobby store, they might have motorbikes from manufacturers like tammiya or airfix. These are usually a lot cheaper and if oyu take a cadian model with you to the store you will be able to match the scales!
Got a "good" rumour from a GW staffer? Forget about it, LO'ers know more than any random GW shop staffer.

I was just thinking, would the old Lego motorbikes be the right kind of scale for this? I haven't paid any attention to Lego in over a decade, but they just (literally) came to mind for this kind of thing. They're trail bikes, and, if they're the right scale, wouldn't require much alteration to make them look right.

One shot grenade similar to a demo charge. Then just a laspistol and close combat weapon. I try to make my model represent several weapons at once. Admittedly this part could be thought out more but a halberd could work just as well.
