Well, I suggest you use more lamps when you take pictures :)
Or is the model that dark? I've turned my screen to full brightness, but I still can't see everything.
What I can see looks pretty good though. I don't like the marine on the base, but that's because I'm a loyalist :)
I think you painted it well, but IMO i don't care for the colors. Great painting though.
It's not Raymond Luxury Yacht, It's pronounced throat wobbler mangrove.

My elvish name is Maeglin Meneldur.
I have to go with Tubal here. Looks great from what i can see. I like the colour scheme and if it is meant to be a dark mini it works a treat

Right. The paint pattern was to suggest a beast more biological in nature... The scheme is supposed to show a monstruosity covered in necrotic flesh, a shapeshifting monster covered by a dying, irradiated layer of skin rather than a "clean", warp-made psychic bound Daemon.
It fits well with my army which has a rather "battle worn" overall feel (with squads having different backgrounds and colour patterns)...
I generally prefer the "realistic", "dirty" look rather then the stylised contrasting-bright colours approach to painting...
GAAAAHHHH! Matte Varnish it! While there's still time! I love the paint job, the marine, the everything. But the gloss! It burns!
Henceforth no man shall set foot upon the world, and all around shall be set sentinals to ward away unwary spacecraft. We must accept that this place is lost to us forever, and is now the eternal habitation of abomination.
