I've recently bought a Harbinger of Menoth (Warmachine), it's such a beautiful model and I couldnt resist having one. Now I want to paint it as best as I possibly can by giving her realistic cloth feel and Non-Metal Metal armour.
I've did some research on the NMM colours, and I kinda want to do a "pearly" white for the armour, but I dont want to have the entire model looks to be in one slap of the same colour. I am planning on doing the armour part from Tallarn flesh as base coat and work my way to Deneb Stone and finally Skull White for highlight.
What colour would you suggest for the white cloth? Base colour and highlight colour?
Anima Tactics - try it out!
For the cloth I would suggest Shadow Grey as a starting colour. For highlights just add Skull White to Shadow Grey in increasing amounts until your at pure white. This should make a good shadow effect (hence the name shadow grey ).
Good luck with the NMM, I'm still haveing troubles getting decent results...
