Here is my current conversions on my new army. I am almost done painting the 12 jet bikes. But unsure if I should carry the green and orange scheme onto the spears, dragon and autarch. Hope you like.
Jet bike w/ cannon
Jet bike (missing gun arm)
Autarch on bike w/ reaper launcher
Fire Prism w/ cannon upgrade
Warlock on bike (part of a council on bikes)
although I have a great distaste for space fairies, I must say they are very well done.
but how do the lizards go zooming around like jetbikes? do they hop over everything?
Create flames for a galaxy and it will be warm. Put a galaxy in flames and it will be warm for the rest of it's existence.
Awesome conversions! I love the Fire Prism, nice work!
i like em all, especially the paintjob, i have 1 problem however, i just think that the last one is still a screamer of slaanesh with some guy standing on it: he would never be able to keep standing + it's still too much a recognizable chaos unit.
other than that, very cool!
Thanks for the replies.
Very good! I've been working on some Exodites myself. Here is a pic of my plastic dragon and riders.
Someone suggested using harlequin rules for the smaller dragons - fast, hard in combat, slightly brittle - and wraithguard for the larger creatures. It's either that, jetbike rules or kroot narlocs. I like what you're doing. Keep it up!
I love that dragon conversion Steerpike! Is it a waveserpant? I am planning to add some Carnosaurs as either wraithlords or warwalkers. The army keeps evolving as I am painting. Thinking of adding wraithguard to the army or maybe warpspiders. Was probably going to run the wraithguard with normal wraithguard models. As for spiders, I was thinking of maybe putting them on screamers too. I kinda want to add a 2nd autarch on a bike, but dont want to put him on the tube snake again.
that dragon reminds me of this old eighties cartoon in which these people crashland on a planet and use dinos as mounts, what was that series again?!
of course! DINORIDERS! (thx people of chat)

Yes, my artistic output was also heavily influenced by Dinoriders.
I've never actually used the dragon in a game: I'm never sure which rules to use. An all-monster army could be represented quite well with tyranids, using carnifex rules for the big dragons. In an eldar army it would be a wraithlord.
For wraithguard, how about mixing the guardian backpack antennae things with wood elf dryads? Just a thought. You could always use kroot rules, as they'll ally with eldar.
