Weird.. I'm sure I posted this earlier today, but I think I just previewed it by mistake and never got round to posting it. So.. here you go:(Yes - it sounds like a ripoff of Cassius, but I based it on a doodle I drew on a certain long and boring holiday and I liked the name I had given it)Another of the Chapter's heroes is Master Chaplain Crassius. A victor of a thousand battles, Crassius no longer has a face, and barely a head - he was hit by the Gauss discharge of an ancient Necron Monolith, managing to survive through what his battle brothers proclaim was the Emperor's Will and nothing else, yet took major injuries to the head and had to have his Emperor-blessed brain encased in a life support system, which functions as his eyes and mouth - Crassius no longer has a sense of smell.
I converted him from a basic marine with some rivets, unicorns, a tau targeting system, dark elf flags and a chaos warrior mace, have some pictures:
Any feedback is mucho appreciated
Sick, nice conversion.
Or is he just a named Chaplain?
Just a named Chaplain, with biotics and artificer armour. My custom rules never seem to be accepted by the other player, can't think why...
Painting him atm, looking nice
Been playing too much mass effect?
It looks like you just threw random bits together. You have a hammer with a pointy tips all over it and a tau targeting system for a head. Usually bionic heads don't turn out so well. It would be as effective as a servitor, but would lack in the spiritual side.
But I like the unicorn vents. If you painted them with boltgun with brazen brass in the cracks they could be mighty imposing.
Sleeping, not dead.
Removed by the moderators.
Boltgun and brazen brass? Sounds nice, but I preferred the blue. I just had it stuck in my head and i'm quite happy with it, so meh ;P The spiky hammer is there because a) I don't have a chaplain to nick a Crozius Arcanum from and b) they look stupid in my opinion. Not very.. painful Thanks for the feedback though.
hehe, bionic face, hehe
good looking, I just can't help to like it.
oh and could you please tell me where the unicorn parts are from? I want unicorn stuff so badly.
or the pink sons of manliness will never be started.
Create flames for a galaxy and it will be warm. Put a galaxy in flames and it will be warm for the rest of it's existence.
The unicorns are high elf trumpets if I am not mistaken.
Funky model with a nice paint job, for some reason it looks more of a librarian to me though.
Up, up and away!
In defense of bionic heads, they are totally plausable; i mean they have them in INQUISITOR, why cant you have them in 40k?;Y
That is not dead which may eternal lie,
for in strange aeons even death may die.
